Park Orsula, perched on a cliff 200 meters above sea level, offers a breathtaking 270 degree panoramic view of the Old City, nearby islands, the small town of Cavtat and the open sea. This beautifully restored stone complex and wonderfully cultivated area conceptualized as a unique open air stage for cultural and entertaining events or informal meetings with 250 seats in amphitheater style abounds in valuable historic materials, intriguing legends and positive energy. Accessible from the Adriatic Highway, its natural beauty blends with the existing gazebo to provide a unique and breathtaking backdrop for any performance.

Split – Villa Dalmacija

Villa Dalmacija is the historic villa ofTito, the former Yugoslav president. Situated on the sea in a small private bay reachable by boat, is the ideal place for gala dinners or meetings that can be followed by catered lunches.  Away from the city crowds, this newly renovated complex provides a unique setting fit for a head of state.

Zagreb – Croatian State Archives

Max capacity: Main reading room 300 persons, atrium 120 persons

The Croatian State Archives building, built in 1913, stands alone within a series of parks in downtown Zagreb. It is one of the most beautiful secessionist buildings in Croatia and is a successful combination of early Viennese secessionism and modern European architecture. Decorated with rich works of art (paintings, reliefs, chandeliers and desk lamps, as well as decorative objects and furniture), it is ideal for holding business meetings as well as high end events where the beauty of the building itself will be an additional asset as an opulent backdrop.
