A Sample Incentive Program 3 Nights/4 Days
At a Glance

 

Day 1:  Arrival, Transfer, Welcome Dinner

Our guests will be welcomed and greeted by our English speaking uniformed guides and Drakos DMC Group Director at Larnaca Airport. During the transfer by first class air-conditioned coaches, our English speaking guides will outline the program, making suggestions for free time and offering general information on Cyprus.

After arrival at the hotel a welcome drink will be offered to the guests with the Mediterranean Sea as a calming background! An advance registration will be arranged, so there will be no need for the guests to queue to check in and by the time they reach their rooms their luggage will be there.

Remaining of the afternoon will be offered at leisure to decompress and enjoy the hotel’s facilities! 

Our guests will freshen up before meeting up at the hotels’ lobby with their English speaking uniformed guides and Drakos DMC Group Director for their transfer to the chose restaurant for the Welcome Dinner!

Driving alongside the sea front of Limassol our guests will have the chance to get their first impression of the city, before arriving at the old town.

Mezze Dinner will be offered at selected restaurant in the old city center of Limassol town.

The word "Mezze", traditionally means delicate taste, and in Cyprus it means a variety of delicacies. A typical mezze will start with salad and between 6-10 appetizers. The mezze will continue with a variety of traditional and sometimes contemporary meat and vegetable dishes. The mezze will be about 20 dishes.

After the enjoyable Welcome Dinner, return transfer to their hotel.

Day 2: Full Day Jeep Safari to Troodos Mountains

Breakfast at the chosen hotel!

Our guests will meet our CTO English speaking uniformed guides and Drakos DMC Group Director at the hotel’s lobby for an early departure for a full day Jeep Safari to Troodos Mountains.

Today’s excursion will be memorable to our guests as they will have the chance to visit unique places in Cyprus! Guests will be divided in teams of 6/7 pax and will be driven in Land Rover jeeps from Limassol to the Troodos Mountains!

Each team will be given a Road Book/Questionnaire which they will have to reply during this jeep expedition and the best team will be awarded at the end of the day.

From there, through other picturesque villages our guests will be driving to Agros Village. One of the most remarkable aspects of Agros is the amphitheatrically way it is built. The winners will be amazed by the beautiful buildings of folklore art which decorate the centre of the village. Agros is also known for its rose-growing and production of rose related products, from perfumes to cosmetics, to candles, liquors and others. Here our guests will be able to learn the process from growing roses to the end product.
Our expedition from Agros village will take us to Kakopetria village, where lunch will be served.

After lunch, guests will have the chance to visit the church ofAyios Nicolaos tis Stegis (St. Nicholas of the Roof) once belonging to a monastery complex. It is covered entirely in wall paintings dating from the 11th to the 17th centuries and is considered one of the most interesting Byzantine churches on the island. 

After these exploratory moments, our guests will return to their hotel to freshen up. An exciting day will have been ended and an even more exciting night will come!

The, the  guests will meet our CTO Englsih speaking uniformed guides and Drakos DMC Group Director at the hotel’s lobby for an early departure  for this magnificent dinner at a village square. This experience will stay for ever in the memories of our guests…
The group will be driven through the villages of Limassol to the picturesque and traditional village square of Omodos for a Village Fiesta.

Audience participation …………… and a lot of fun!!!

The decoration will include wooden tables and chairs – village type table clothes – pottery glasses and dishes as well as other appropriate decoration.

After a delicious BBQ-Buffet dinner, return back to the hotel

Day 3: Half Day Activity with Lunch and some leisure Time, Farewell Dinner

Half Day Activity: several options are possible:

A/ Spa at the Hotel
Guests have earned a well-deserved pampering session. A team of masseurs/masseuses will be waiting for the guests at different treatment stations at the spa. Close your eyes sit back and let the massages, facials and manicures take you to another world!
Lunch at the chosen hotel.
Afternoon at leisure.
Overnight at the chosen hotel!

B/ Yoga Session on the beach!
Yoga is a complete science of life that originated in India many thousands of years ago. It is the oldest system of personal development in the world encompassing body, mind and spirit. This training session aims to ensure you reach your full work out potential, your trainer will provide you with motivation and techniques for relaxation and spiritual fulfillment!
Stretch out …………. meditate and release all tension overlooking the blue water of the Mediterranean Sea.

C/ Mini Olympics & Nia dance on the beach !
Inspired by the Olympic Games, we can organize games such as the Triathlon and many more. Groups will be formed and after instructions and explanations, we will hear the words ‘ready, steady, go’! Beach volley ball, sack races, tug of war, water polo, sand castle competition, a Marathon run on the sand, a swimming race, and many more will give our guests the chance to compete against each other, to laugh, and frolic in the warm Mediterranean sand…
The closing of the games will be topped with a Nia dance class on the beach offered by a professional Nia dance instructor. NIA is about action….the power of now, of continual movement in the moment.
Nia means “with purpose” – and that is how Nia teaches people to move. It is a path to condition, heal and express yourself though movement and sensation.

D/ Treasure Hunt in the Old Town!
Our guests will be divided into teams for this activity which offers the opportunity to visit and explore the Old Town of Limassol! Based on instructions and directions, guests will walk through the shopping center and the old city until they will reach their final destination, the street market “Agora”. On the way they must discover the traditional area, bargain for the cheapest statue of Aphrodite, write down the Mayor’s name and other clues that will be on the ‘Treasure Hunt Map’ which will be handed to them in advance.
Refreshments will be offered in a local coffee shop and lunch at one of the old town’s restaurants.
Our guests will be transferred to the chosen hotel after lunch.

E/ Bicycle tour!
Limassol has a beautiful cycling path along the coastline! 10kms ride on bicycles along the sea is unquestionably a great challenge for those who are fit and adventurous!
Our ride will end up by the old city center where lunch will be served in a local restaurant. Time will be given for shopping and strolling around.
Our guests will drop off the bicycles by the restaurant and be transferred back to their hotel by coaches after lunch.

Farewell Themed Dinner: “Invitation from Aphrodite”
Imagine yourself in the ancient times of Cyprus, surrounded by naked flame torches, this night will give you a chance to dress up as an Ancient Greek, attend a symposium as the Great Philosophers did and, of course, enjoy Dionysus nectar, the divine wine. Imagine to be invited by Aphrodite the Goddess of Love and Beauty, who according to the legend was born in Cyprus.
Adorned in ancient garments, our guests will party with the Greek deities, drink their nectar and partake of their ambrosia in an unforgettable symposium of love... right on the birthplace of Aphrodite! 
Professional dancers will perform ancient Greek dances and entertain our group participants based on mythological themes. A live band or DJ will be also part of the evening. 
A theme buffet with specialties of another era will be presented and our  guests will be serviced by waiters who will be dressed accordingly.

Day 4: Departure

Check-out from the chosen hotel.
Our English speaking guides will meet the group at the lobby of the chosen hotel to coordinate all departures.
Transfer by luxury a/c coaches with licensed CTO English speaking guides’ assistance from the chosen hotel in Limassol to Larnaca Airport for the departure.
