A highly anticipated reopening, the hotel emerges after extensive renovation to reveal a distinct and vibrant aesthetic with modern interiors, refreshed public spaces and innovative and revitalized dining concepts.

Located on the West Bank of the River Nile, it enjoys a prime location, in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Egyptian Museum, Cairo Opera House and the iconic Cairo Tower.

Nefertari and Seti 1st tombs are now open for public in Luxor

For many years after specialized restoration and conservation projects in two of the most beautifully decorated tombs of ancient Egypt, Tomb of Seti I in Valley of the Kings and Tomb of Nefertari in Valley of the Queens, were closed for public, but the ministry of antiquities has decided to open the two tombs of the father and wife of Ramses II to the public. The number of visitors is limited to 150 pax per day to keep this treasure in healthy shape.

It is worth for any one visiting Egypt to see them once in a life time.

Special visit to the Pharaoh’s Dream Stella

The Dream Stella is a rectangular stone with a rounded top that was set up between the front legs of the Great Sphinx at Giza
It is also known as Sphinx the Stele because it tells the story of the young Prince Tuthmosis who falls asleep near the Great Sphinx of Giza and dreams that the Sphinx promises him the throne of Egypt in return for Tuthmosis clearing the sand away from around it. Tuthmosis did as he was instructed and went on to become the pharaoh Tuthmosis IV.

Tourists are only allowed to visit the Sphinx from the ramp facing it, however Emeco Travel can get a special permission to take you to the feet of Sphinx where the Dream Stella of Thutmoses IV lies!
