Venice: Gritti Re-Opening & Exclusive Fashion Experience

After a 15-month restoration of all public areas, facilities and guests rooms, Venice's glamorous Gritti Palace hotel will reopen in February 2013, just in time for the celebrated Venetian Carnival.
The palace, originally built in 1525 as residence of Doge Andrea Gritti, is part of Starwood's Luxury Collection and represents one of the finest examples of the artistic Venetian heritage. The Gritti Epicurean School of Executive Chef Daniele Turco offers culinary demonstration classes, visit to local food markets and themed courses.
