euromic members in Norway and Denmark join forces...

February 2017

Travel Planners of Scandinavia (euromic Norway) and First United (euromic Denmark) have been close business partners since the establishment of both companies in 1990 and we have operated joint business contracts throughout all these years.

A merger of our two companies in 2017 is therefore a result of a natural evolution. With the combined forces of Travel Planners of Scandinavia and First United, we have created a power house with a vast experience and know-how in the field of International Travel & Events and Professional Congress Management in Scandinavia.

While we here in Bergen enjoy a track record of having organized large congresses, First United compliments us with substantial expertise on large and logistically complex events. We have now local staff in the most important event destinations in Scandinavia with a total of 10 employees in Bergen and Copenhagen.

Combined, the knowledge and expertise we can offer is unsurpassed in Scandinavia. Here in Norway, it has won us the contract as the Official Housing Agency for the UCI Road World Championships and the PCO contract for a 2000 pax World Tunnel Congress in 2017.

The UCI Road Championship (16th to 24th September 2017) has now launched their hospitality packages, so for any bike interested corporate clients out there who would be interested in VIP hospitality packages, get in contact with us or visit for more information.
As the sole Housing Agency, First United Norway will coordinate 90% of all hotel space during the championship on mandate from the organizers.
The 2017 UCI Road World Championships in Bergen, Norway consist of 12 competitions over 9 days. 1,150 athletes from over 80 countries will take part and race for the coveted rainbow jersey. More than 500,000 spectators are expected and a massive 300 million TV viewers from around the globe will watch the event.
