A new and unique seafood restaurant is now open for business in the magnificent Bergen Archipelago!

 

Leave from Bergen city center harbor for a 2hour VIP cruise onboard a private cabin cruiser/yacht. The Yacht \"Nemo\" is absolutely the right choice if comfort and luxury are important. This is a spacious vessel where it is possible to lay table for 20 persons in an elegant lounge…

 

Enjoy the beautiful Bergen archipelago scenery and the tranquility of some of the best nature has to offer. Onboard, there will be an open bar service and canapés. The cruise will end at a small island called Holmen where a unique Seafood restaurant is located. Cornelius seafood restaurant is a unique and popular dining destination on the north-west side of island Bjorøy, with spectacular views of the fjord and islands close to Bergen.

Here – the group may enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience:
On arrival, the guests are welcomed on the quay with oysters and drinks. The Shellfish farmer presents and offers samples from the water tanks: oysters, scallops, mussels, lobster, as well as several types of fish and sea urchins.
Guests may dine in one of the three restaurant areas indoors or on the restaurant’s terrace. The quay bar is an informal meeting place. The main kitchen is equipped in such a manner as to allow guests to participate in seafood courses as well. The group can also enjoy a unique “From Sea to Plate” show – where the chef dives down with a camera and picks up oysters etc from the Sea floor, all shown on a big screen live in the restaurant. The diver returns and walks straight into the restaurant, takes off his diving gear and then show the guests how to prepare the food in the open kitchen – all filmed and shown on the screen – so that the guests have an optimal view!

 

The location of this island is just breathtaking and the guests will find this a perfect place for a mid summer dinner party!
