Team Building in Warsaw!

February 2007

Warsaw is definitely one of the leading Meeting and Incentive destinations in Central Europe, with an abundant choice of impressive historical venues for gala dinners and meetings.  However it lacked a good venue, independent of weather conditions, for teambuilding activities and appropriate to accommodate big parties.

Fortunately this problem is now solved since a new top notch venue for teambuilding activities has opened recently.

The location is very convenient – just about a 30 minutes drive from the city’s very center and all 5 star hotels of Warsaw and about a 20 minutes drive from the Frederic Chopin International Airport. This venue offers an excellent opportunity to provide great fun for up to 200 participants.
The main activity is go-karting, but a range of other occupations is available:
- Racing with small electric scale model cars
- mini-golf
- Paintball.

All competitions are vested under one roof, in a big hall (4.000 square meters – dimensions; 80 x 50 meters).  The indoor facility is obviously very important, considering Polish climate.
Equally crucial is the fact that none of the 200 participant has to queue. A detailed scenario and perfect timing allows simultaneous participation of the entire group.
The key to the success is to prepare a good plan, minute by minute, to create a feeling, that everybody is needed. Before arriving to the venue all guests are divided in 12 pax teams and carefully instructed by staff, what to do and when.
Each team receives an itinerary and numbered tags.
Below you can discover a temptative scenario:

12 delegates compete at driving range. Rest of the group can play at additional stations of golf.

Final ceremony

At the end of each competition each team receives its scores and those are add up as to decide upon the winning team.

The total duration of the event is about 2,5 hours including final ceremony – which is staged in an impressive manner, as a look alike of a Formula 1 winning ceremony with big bottles of Champaign, fireworks and fanfares. Wining teams receive cups with client’s logo, special diplomas or medals.

Catering lunch or dinner with full range of drinks is available on request.
