Krakow World Heritage Charm - The cultural capital of Poland. As auniversity city, Krakowis bustling day and night with its lively pubs, cafes and clubs.

A great variety of restaurants invite you to linger and treat yourself to a delicious meal. Traditional Polish dishes or expertly cooked international specialities are served in elegant interiors, historical halls or romantic cellars. Krakow is a hive of attractions with Leonardo da Vinci's famous Lady with an Erminein Czartoryski Museum, a great collection of tapestries in the Wawel Castle, the largest and one of the most beautiful town squares in Europe and the unique underground world of salt lakes, chambers and monuments in Wieliczka Salt Mine. Many of the hotels in Krakow are located in historical buildings and they are stylish, charming and “have a soul”.

This former capital has survived turns of history retaining approximately 3,000 historical buildings from different ages. Your conference meeting or gala dinner can be organized in many of these prestigious historical venues of the city.

Sample 4 Days Incentive Program

DAY 1

Morning
Group arrival at Krakow, the old capital of Poland, and transfer to the OldTown orientation tour by electric cars to see the beauty of the OldTown with its original medieval street layout and marvellous architecture. Welcome drink served on the Clorh Hall terrace overlooking the largest medieval square in Europe. (Krakovians call this site “the town’s salon”)

Lunch
A pierogi party at the classic Polish restaurant MiodiMalina.Pierogis are a favourite Polish traditional food, stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms or meat or cottage cheese, potatoes and onion.

Afternoon
Dedicated check in the hotel. Discover Krakow from St Florian’s Gate to WawelCastle – Poland’s historical centre. Private visit to the CzartoryskiMuseum with Leonardo da Vinci’s famous painting The Lady with Ermine – The Lady from Krakow.

Evening
Dinner atWierzynek, the oldest restaurant in Krakow, inspired by the splendid feast hosted by MikolaiWierzynek in 1364, which was attended by great European monarchs. After dinner there will be a  Polish jazz party in one of the leading music clubs.

 

DAY 2

Morning
Krakow Past & Present – Special teambuilding visit including: Main Market Square, PlantyPark, Barbican Cloth Hall and  Wawel Hill, the Polish king's royal residence. Transfer by boat to Tyniec Abbey. Here it is possible to admire the beauty of the Vistula, the queen of Polish rivers, and the historical buildings along its banks.

Lunch
Special “Feast at the Monk’s” Concert of the Benedictine’s Choir – Gregorian Song followed by tasting of specialities and liquors based on traditional Benedictine’s recipes.

Afternoon
Krakow a la carte- Choose one of the extraordinary and unique cultural projects in the city, inclufing: Underground Krakow, Polish Contemporary Art Tour, City of Magic: cafes and galleries of Krakow, Museum of Polish Aviation, Municipal Engineering Museum, Jagiellonian University, Stained Glass Museum, Routes of John Paul II.

Evening
Dinner at the Wesele (wedding) restaurant with a folklore show. Tasting traditional Krakow’s cheesecake or cream cake. A clubbing pantarhei – choose between hundreds of pubs, bars and cafes, most of which carry a wealth of artistic activity. Drive by luxury party bus.

 

DAY 3

Morning
Kazimierz, the old Jewish town, is bustling again. Here you can follow in the footsteps of the production of "Schindler's List." The magic of the old Jewish town is enchanted in the interiors, buildings, lanes and synagogues. This is also the place where before World War II, Jewish culture flourished for centuries and where Stevens Spielberg’s Oscar winning film was set. Kazimierz is nowadays transforming into an artistic and cultural centre filled with cafes and restaurants.

Lunch
Lunch at a Jewish restaurant with Klezmer live music. This is a great opportunity to have an old-fashioned Jewish meal, with intriguing dishes such as stuffed goose necks, herring in sour cream and kosher vodka.

Afternoon
Let’s Shop!Krakow is proud of its merchant traditions. Cloth Hall is the unique place from the 14th century where all kinds of Polish crafts and souvenirs such as amber, silver, wooden crafts are available. Polish and international brands are available in many  boutique shops around the Old Market Square.

Evening
Gala dinner at theWieliczka Salt Mine - the world class tourist attraction and the only one on theUNESCOlist. Admire up to 20 excavated chambers on three levels - of those the main one is located 130 meters below the ground level. The ancient Salt Mine of Wieliczka is one of the best places for special events. After the tailor–made visit, guests are welcomed by a special miners’ band in traditional miners’ gala costumes. A music cocktail party with tasting of different kinds of Polish vodka, followed by a dinner in one of the magnificent halls of the mine is the main attraction of this evening. Special folklore performance.

 

DAY4

Morning
Communist Krakow - Visit to Nowa Huta – the communist city within the city with a drive by Trabants (Communist Germany’s thoughts technological fruit with body made of plastic and cardboard), tasting of communist drink Orenzada and pickled cucumber in communism era restaurant.

Lunch
Delicious Małopolska. Farewell opportunity to taste local specialities before back home. Special Krakow’s cookies as a gift to take home.

Afternoon
Transfer to the airport.
