Calçotada Lunch

Some of our clients have already experienced this tradition…

Calçot is a type of scallion or green onion known as blanca gran tardana in the Catalan language from Lleida, Catalonian. The calçot from Valls (Tarragona, Catalonia) is a registered EU Protected Geographical Indication.
Calçots are grilled and dipped in salvitxada or romesco sauce, and accompanied by red wine or cava. Pieces of meat and bread slices are roasted in the charcoal after cooking the calçots.
The most traditional way of eating calçots is in a calçotada, a popular gastronomical event held between the end of winter and March or April, where calçots are consumed massively.

So if you're planning an incentive, meeting or conference to take place in Barcelona or its surroundings during that time of the year, please contact us as we will be delighted to share with you this tradition as part of our culture. We know from past experiences with other clients that you will enjoy it!

Los Patios de Beatas

If you visit Malaga, don’t miss it!

Located in the heart of the historical part of Malaga, after two years of total rehabilitation, these 18th and 19th century buildings, which are architecturally protected because of their beauty and historical value, have been merged together and can once again shine amongst the other magnificent historical buildings Malaga City offers to its visitors.

Through wine and food, the Vinoteca combines the best of Andalucia and the rest of Spain. At the Vinoteca you can taste every type of wine and sample dishes of diverse gastronome. Dishes are dynamically created so that your wine complements your food and likewise your food complements your wine, in the most creative way.

The Vinoteca covers 800m2 creating some very different spaces on two levels:
In the “wine area” tastings can be accompanied with tapas at the bar, with a capacity for 100 people seated.
The annex courtyard offers further rich history, which we have named The Vat room. Decorated with large murals explaining the various descriptions and explanation of wine, soil, types of grapes, and some well-known quotes from famous wine lovers. This area can accommodate 40 – 60 people.

As you climb the stairs to the upper floor, you are greeted by an impressive rich painting named The Wine Festival, depicting the traditional historical way of wine making. This piece was commissioned by the great artist Svetlana. Two different rooms, of which one can accommodate up to 40 people seated, offer views from a balcony down to the Vat Room. Meanwhile the second and larger room contains a stag, is fitted with audio-visual media for presentations of all kinds and its capacity varies from 80 people seated for a theatre presentation, 60 people seated around tables for a celebration or 100 standing.

This is truly a unique space in Malaga for the organization of private events, incentives and company conferences.

El Museo Del Traje

The right fit for the most innovation event…

An innovative event needs an also innovative space. We open our minds and take you to Museo del Traje, a singular place, open, with tons of natural light, wide spaces and all surrounded by spectacular gardens.

The Museo del Traje of Madrid was conceived to held the Historical Costumes Exhibition back in 1925. After a long journey through investigation and concern over global culture interpretation, it was in 2004 that was decided to promote and reinforce the public presence of this costumecollection from a modern and actual perspective.

The museum has opened its doors not only to the visitors of its famous collections but also to those looking for different and unique places to welcome innovative events.

A different activity for your next incentive in Costa Del Sol…

During the 17th century the Romero family, a bullfighter’s dynasty, bonded the name of Ronda to the art of bullfighting. The bullring at the Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda (Royal Cavalry Armory of Ronda), and the institution that supports it, helped to perpetuate this everlasting tie between both names, that will walk together for all time.
Nowadays, in the 21st century, Reservatauro establishes a new bridge between the city and the myth; between Ronda and the bull.

Reservatauro is a true Natural Park in the wide sense of the term.  The endless dehesa (wooded pastureland), dotted with centenary holm oaks and carpeted with wild pasture, is inhabited by the magical creatures of the Mediterranean woodland and serves as setting to a superb representation of the mystery that is the breeding of the most noble and bravest of its dwellers: the Bull.

It is the perfect combination to the visit of Ronda, and of course a nice way to learn about one of our most appealing and controversial traditions.
