Spoil your gourmet loving group in Hamburg
The northern metropolis of Hambug is Germany’s gate to the world. Having grown rich through trade, it has acquired a certain elegant and cosmopolitan air. There are currently 57 restaurants to hold at least one of the much sought-after Michelin stars. Today we will look at two of them which could be perfect for your small but special group, incentive or even post meeting dinner
Our recommendations are both in the up and rising HafenCity district, where brickwork architecture from the historical warehouse district contrasts with modern glass and steel architecture. Channels zigzag the posh neighbourhood against the backdrop of the giant port of Hamburg. The new and stunning opera house “Elbphilarmonie” towers above everything like a giant ship sailing out towards the Sea.
“The Table” may be the best address for fine-dine in Hamburg. Head chef Kevin Fehling is Germany’s youngest and Hamburg’s only chef to hold 3 Michelin stars. In the open kitchen, visitors may watch the maestro at work. His modern interpretations of classic dishes such as lobscouse blend with flavours from all over the world. A culinary metaphor to Hamburg’s role as gate to the world.
At Bianc, chef de la cuisine Matteo Ferrantino reinvents Mediterranean cuisine in a modern and creative style. The Guide Michelin honours his achievements with 2 Stars.
Sounds tempting? Whoever you have to reward with gourmet delights they deserve, euromic Germany will happily make all the arrangements for your group’s tailored gourmet tour of Hamburg.
