    Why This DMC?

I have had the pleasure of managing DT’s strategic businesses successfully for over two decades while actively participating in leading roles in prominent local and national professional organisations. My other big passion is outdoor endurance sports from running in major world marathons to training for long distance triathlons. This love has led to our involvement in managing and organising a variety of endurance sport events in our destinations.

    Kind words.

Why choose Croatia – Why choose DT Croatia

The simple answer would be for a unique Mediterranean experience, stunning clear Adriatic Sea and nearby islands, accompanied by great cuisine, friendly and kind Croatian people, clean almost spotless cities and then last but not least important is the safety of the destination! Over the past 5 years a number of top-of-the-line resorts, boutique hotels and glamping retreats have been built that are perfect for any event. The backbone of Croatia are many small businesses that are adding to all facets of life from Michelin star restaurants, local artisans to out of the box concept stores.

What the best destination for an event?

Dubrovnik, Split, Island Hvar, Sibenik, Zadar, Istria Region and Zagreb are the most popular meeting and incentive destinations in our country. It all depends on the client’s requirements and brief. Whether you are looking for breath-taking roads for a car launch or a boutique 5-star hotel you can privatize, or a meeting venue for 1000pax DT is here to help you with finding the best destination.

What is the flight access into Croatia?

Croatia has direct flights from many European cities i.e. London, Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Vienna, Warsaw, Oslo, Brussels, Rome etc. In addition, the destination is connected with direct flights from Dubai as well as NY and LA. Majority of Flights on the coast operate between March and November while Zagreb has year-round direct flights.

What are some of the unique incentive activities?

Proudly Croatia has something for every interest. For the adventurer within we can offer jet ski island hopping, a zip line expedition through a beautiful canyon or a sailing regatta. Gastronomy lovers can enjoy a private truffle hunt in the Motovun Forest or indulge in a wine tasting of wines that have been aged in amphora’s under the sea. Cultural aficionados a private visit with a museum & its curator or a Klapa Acapella concert in a cave. Looking to unwind we can arrange yachts to take the group to a top beach club for a VIP cabana experience.

    What is the Climate?

Croatia has two climates: one along the coast, and one for the interior of the country.
The coast has a typical Mediterranean climate consisting of hot, dry, sunny weather during summer, and relatively mild – though sometimes wet – weather in winter. Average temperatures during summer are in the mid-to-high 30s°C/90-100°F. Winters are obviously cooler, although temperatures never really get below about 5°C.
A continental climate exists in the interior of Croatia which means that winters can be pretty cold, with temperatures often falling below 0°C/32°F. Summers are quite hot with temperatures often reaching the mid to high 30s °C.

    What is the cuisine like?

One of the essential elements of every memorable incentive event is, of course, the food. Not just what is on the plate, but the experience around it. Authentic setting, fresh local ingredients, the story and the passion behind the food marks gastronomy in Croatia as impressive. Croatia is famous for its fresh seafood including oysters, mussels, lobster and tuna. Handmade pastas, risottos, and fresh bread are a staple of all meals. In addition, slow roasted lamb and potatoes, truffles, smoked meats and cheeses and award winning olive oil. All this great food goes perfectly with a glass of one of Croatia’s many wines.
