It is totally safe, just the same as many other major cities of European countries.
Yes, we do. We have Radisson, Marriott, IHG, Fairmont, Hyatt, Hilton and Ramad, mostly in Kyiv.
The most famous Ukrainian dish is probably Borsh, a traditional soup with pork meat served with sour cream. You must try salo (pork fat) together with borsh and pampushki (garlic bread). Galushki, vareniki (dumplings with potatoes, cottage cheese, or sour cherries), deruny (potato pancakes), banush (corn porridge served with pork, sour cream and mushroom sauce)or ukha (fish soup) too. And you must try the authentic chicken Kyiv in its home of origin of course…
Most incentives taking in Kyiv, Odessa or Lviv (the most popular cities of Ukraine) are around 4 days duration, including arrival/departure days.
The best time to come for incentive are late spring, summer and the beginning of autumn.
