The best time to visit Mexico varies depending on the region, the peak tourist season is from December to April, when the weather is warm and dry. Groups season can be anywhere from January through June and unsurprisingly due to climate change months of September through November are becoming more popular.
The average temperature in beach destinations in Mexico varies depending on the location and time of year. During the winter months (December to February), temperatures in coastal areas generally range from 23 to 29°C (mid-70s to mid-80s°F), while in the summer months (May to September), temperatures can reach from 32 to 37°C (90s°F). The humidity level also increases during the summer months. In general, most coastal cities in Mexico enjoy an enjoyable warm weather all year long.
As with any international travel, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and take appropriate safety precautions. Some areas of Mexico may have higher crime rates, however most touristic destinations are safe and tourism is one of the main sources of income for a large part of the population.
There are many ways to experience it, including visiting ancient ruins, trying traditional food, attending local festivals and visiting cultural. The currency used in Mexico is the Mexican Peso (MXN), however, the USD is widely accepted as well as some other currencies, and exchange can be easily done at the airport or hotels.
