New adventures in Riga with MICE department

Stop for Riga panoramic pictures! A bit different as usual, since guests are welcomed by true street workout professionals/trainers. Guests are involved in different photo shooting - street workout is a pared-back exercise regimen, a mix of calisthenics and gymnastics, which requires little equipment except for a stray pull-up or monkey bar. There are many freestyle takes on repetitive push-ups, handstands, and pull-ups.

Also together with our MICE team, you can explore Riga mysteries in fun and adventurous way with small colorful baby-cars! The cars are sweet and cozy, and comfortable for up to three persons. Teams, formed of three people in each, follow the map finding different checkpoints. When team reaches checkpoint, it should find out the answer to question that is asked in the road book. Right answer is rewarded with points! Team unite strategy and cooperation is very important to win the game. This game has proved itself as dynamic, strategic and conversation demanding event for groups. Participants will talk about this event even many days after it!

A New Baltic Beauty

Baltic Travel Group staged an event in Musee d'Orsay in Paris

To encourage collaboration between France and Latvia on 24th of May, Baltic Travel Group together with airBaltic and Investment and Development Agency of Latvia staged an event for representatives of Paris tourism businesses.

The aim of the event was to build a closer collaboration between the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania) and art state France. Together more than 40 representatives from of French travel trade attended this event.

During the reception, there were not only presentations about Latvia and the Baltics but also an excursion through expositions and delicious feasts. The dates of this event were not set by accident, because in the same dates there is an exhibition "Wild Souls. Symbolism in the Baltic States" (Ames sauvages. Le symbolisme dans les Pays Baltes), which is comprehensive work of all three of the Baltic States.

The exhibition displayed at the Musee d'Orsay from April 10 to July 15, 2018, is one of the first events celebrating the centenary of the independence of the Baltic States. Gathering about 130 works, the Musee d'Orsay promotes the themed used by Baltic artists of the early 20th century: myths, soul and nature. You can still manage to see this amazing artwork collection in Musee d'Orsay in Paris.
