Train has always been the most efficient and comfortable way to discover Switzerland.
Do not miss the opportunity to live the experience of a Swiss journey over a panoramic train (such as Gotthard Panorama Express train) or even run an exclusive charter train for your group travel.

Gotthard Panorama Express Train

The journey with the Gotthard Panorama Express operates from Lucerne to Flüelen by boat and then on by train in the 1st class panorama coach or in the 2nd class coach via the historical Gotthard panorama route to Ticino.

When passing by in Erstfeld, the entrance to the Gotthard Base Tunnel (north portal) is clearly visible. The tunnel took 17 years to build; the opening ceremony for the construction project of the century took place in 2016. The 57- kilometre-long tunnel from Erstfeld (central Switzerland) to Bodio (southern Switzerland) is the longest railway tunnel in the world.

Prepare for your journey thanks to the «Gotthard Guide» app on the Gotthard Panorama Express in advance. Read interesting information on the individual attractions along the route. The «Gotthard Guide» app is available for free download in the app store or at the Google Play Store.
