The Most Impressive Venue for Gala Dinners in Poland

The unique salt chambers of the Wieliczka Salt Mine are an ideal venue for intimate receptions, elegant banquets and dinners, as well as sophisticated entertainment functions and balls for several hundred people. There are many chambers of differing sizes, which allow organizing all kinds of events.

Found around 15km from the centre of Krakow, a superb incentive and group destination in itself, the Wieliczka Salt Mine is the oldest salt mine in Europe, and is an impressive underground world of salt lakes, chambers, galleries as wall as a unique Salt Works Museum created by many generations of Polish miners.

The underground route snakes through galleries and chambers on three levels, and includes both 17th and 19th century chapels as well as unique natural crystal cave. The temperature in Wieliczka is 17-18 degrees Celsius all year round. It was listed in 1978 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
