One needs to understand the vast distances that spans the US from East to West and North to South… everything from snowboarding to sunbathing, to yacht cruises to wild bear adventures and everything in-between – the USA has it all!
Hello! Destination Management will recommend the ideal State and City for your preferred time of year – you name it they will create it!
The short answer is no, as MICE (Meeting Incentive Conference Event) programs are built to scale. Whether you’re planning an intimate VIP incentive itinerary for 20 top performers or a multi-day program for 500+ attendees, Hello! Destination Management have you covered.
Large groups (300+) could look at cities like Las Vegas, Orlando or Chicago which are ideal with expansive venues, hotel blocks and seamless transportation options.
Mid-size groups (100–300) could look at destinations like Nashville, Austin or Denver where you can quite easily mix business with local flavor.
Smaller groups (under 100) are ideal for more boutique experiences in destinations like Palm Springs, Scottsdale or New Orleans (picture private dinners, bespoke tours and those special touch points which can only be successfully created for these smaller groups)
No matter the size, their job is to make it feel personal, polished, and unforgettable.
While Hello! Destination Management don’t directly process or provide a visa application service, we are more than happy to guide you through the process…We can provide official invitation letters, outline entry requirements for your destination and coordinate with your travel partners to ensure everything aligns with your event timeline.
For incentive groups traveling to the USA, visa requirements vary depending on nationality so we always recommend starting early and checking with the appropriate consulate or embassy.
