The First Group In The Eiffel Tower Reopened Restaurant

When lockdown was put in in Paris, the Eiffel Tower wasted no time and used it to change its first floor restaurant into Madame Brasserie: the new bistro chic restaurant on the first floor, with a menu designed by the famous Michelin starred chef Thierry Marx.

Around the same time of the bistro opening, a client gave Holt DMC France a last minute challenge: to take a group of 160 people up the Eiffel Tower. While ‘public’ access is fully booked months in advance – with certainly no slots for such a big group as such short notice – Holt used their destination management imagination, contacts and persuasion and negotiation skills, and booked the first private function in this new jewel-in-the-crown eatery.
