Yes. This can be easily done by road or air. Nairobi is connected with daily flights to Arusha and Dar Es Salaam (Tanzania) By road the most usual crossing points are either Namanga border crossing (Nairobi-Arusha 4 hours) or from Maasai Mara to North Serengeti via the Isebania Border crossing.
Actually, with the famous Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Kilimanjaro Mountain, being at the Tanzania side, many Safaris will include these highlights in their program combining Kenya and Tanzania.
Like many African countries Kenya has a great need for basic facilities, and you have plenty of opportunities for CSR programs for improving local living conditions especially with schools, hygiene, energy, and education. The possibilities are unlimited and many of them can be realized with a small budget like: Tree planting, build or repaint a classroom, build a school toilet, donate books for the school library, donate tablets or desktop PC for the school, help build small road bridges or an irrigation system, provide mini solar panels to produce electricity, etc.
