A unique sensory experience
“Aware – Architecture and Senses”, Danish Architecture Center
Many groups with an interest in architecture, arts and experience come every year for our exhibitions and installations. This year we recommend the “Aware – Architecture and Senses”. This exhibition immerses your group in six large installations to awaken your senses, including a staircase that creates an encounter between you and others visiting the exhibition, a wooden cocoon, and a large kaleidoscopic mirror. With carefully curated sounds and lighting, all are encouraged to explore and reflect on your experience of space and how architecture interacts with us. It’s a must see for any group interested in the world of architecture and design. Aware promises your incentive group an unforgettable encounter with architecture’s soul.
What is lost and what is still there
Copenhagen experienced its Notre Dame moment when a fire in the 17th-century stock exchange brought the famous dragontail spire crashing to the ground. Fortunately, our builder king Christian IV had many other amazing buildings built during his long reign. You can still experience the royal castle Rosenborg Slot, Holmens Church, and the famous Round Tower (Rundetårn) where you walk up an interior spiral ramp all the way to the top for a view of the city. Still a fantastic city for a walking tour for any incentive group.
Why you should come to Copenhagen
Copenhagen offers a vibrant culinary scene, including everything from Michelin 3-star restaurants Noma and Geranium to innovative street food. With a wide select of hotels from exclusive boutiques to large chains, and lots of sustainable activities, Copenhagen is an ideal destination for incentives and events. Come to Copenhagen and experience why our city is regularly rated one of the most livable cities in the world.
